 David B. Bullington
David Bullington is a native of Roanoke, Virginia and has a diverse practice background with extensive litigation and real estate transaction experience. Before returning to Roanoke in 1995, he practiced law in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia, where he engaged primarily in commercial, real estate, and construction litigation for businesses, developers, and contractors. He now focuses his practice primarily on assisting individuals, developers, and others with the acquisition, development, and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including contract drafting and negotiating, real estate closings, and development and zoning issues. He also assists individuals and businesses with corporate matters, including formation of entities and sale of businesses.
